I have been fascinated by the whales who play at Lighthouse Park where I live since I was a child. I have tried here to portray their playfulness under the moon with one of the fishing boats that dot our horizon in the background. They are playing in front of Orcas Island. The boat is named for my fisherman brother Trygve, who went away to sea and never came home.
